FirstChoiceAutoFinder does not offer the refund if your vehicle doesn't sell any more.

If it states on your original vehicle ad receipt that your vehicle is not eligible for a refund

your vehicle ad(s) will remain listed until sold or for a minimum of one year. If it states on

your original vehicle ad receipt that you are entitled to the refund please fill out the refund

form correctly.

Terms . The initial term of this Agreement shall be the days between the service activation date and the end of the first 60

days. For a one time charge of $208.95 CDN services shall be provided until your vehicle sells.  Once placing an ad it will be up

within 24 hours on firstchoiceautofinder.com. The billing date shall not be marked by the date you first choose to configure or use

your Service, but rather the moment your payment is approved. The agreement shall automatically obligate you as a customer

for 60 days of advertising or until your vehicle sells.

How To Discontinue Service. Should you wish to discontinue service, simply log into www.firstchoiceautofinder.com

after 60 days print and fill out are refund policy form that (MUST BE FILLED OUT BY A NOTARY PUBLIC),

T2P3Y6 . When approved you will immediately receive a refund for your ad cost minus a non-refundable 30% registration fee, at

this point your ad will be removed from the site. CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE ONLY HONORED BY

BEING POSTMARKED WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDER DAYS AFTER THE 60 DAY

 GUARANTEE DATE FROM THE DATE YOUR VEHICLE WAS POSTED ON

FIRSTCHOICEAUTOFINDER.COM OR WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PLACING

YOUR AD. Claims that you previously told someone by phone or sent an email, and where you did not fill out the form

properly the refund shall not be honored and your vehicle will remain listed until sold. For any further information please call
